Experienced leadership
Our executive team has been in property management for over 30 years, handling hundreds of the premier co-ops, condos, condops, and rental buildings. We participate in industry organizations like NYRAM and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability, partner with unions such as 32BJ, and take part in NYSERDA initiatives to keep properties energy-efficient and cost-effective.
