NPM Executive team have been in Property Management for over 25 years, handling hundreds of the premier Coops, Condos, Condops and Rental buildings.
We have a history of tested policies and procedures we have developed which work well for both your building and NPM.
Nouveau Property Management utilizes all property management software and technology. We are committed to our ability to adapt to our clients’ needs with our software to maximize the results, Premiere Property Management Services.
Our team actively participates in industry organizations such as REBNY, NYRAM, and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability. These affiliations keep us connected to best practices and allow us to develop programs that benefit both your property and the community. We also partner with unions like 32BJ to maintain strong relationships with building staff and vendors.
We participate in NYSERDA initiatives to ensure our properties are energy-efficient and cost-effective.
